High performance is not installed in a workshop, it is built in cycles
A two day course changes the mood of the week. What changes performance are the cycles that come after it.
Standalone training evaporates. The team leaves motivated on Friday and returns Monday to the same board, the same indicators, and nobody reviewing what they learned.
What it is forBuild teams that can execute the strategy, take ownership and sustain continuous improvement.
How I run it- Monthly rollout cycles, not isolated events.
- Three months of coaching as the recommended minimum.
- Evaluation, follow up and recognition inside the same cycle.
Teams that hold the change once I am no longer in the room.
Why a three month minimum?
Because a full cycle includes rollout, evaluation and correction. In one month you only get to see the rollout, and at that stage everything still looks fine.
Which level does this work best with?
Middle managers, supervisors and operating teams. That is where strategy is won or lost every day.
What is the logo and rallying cry about?
Team identity. It sounds minor and it is not. A team that names itself defends its numbers differently.
What is holding your operation back today?
Tell me the concrete problem. I will tell you whether it is mine to solve or someone else’s, and what I would do first.
