Privacy notice

This notice is issued under Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its applicable regulations. It explains what personal data I collect, what I use it for, and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The party responsible for processing your personal data is Sergio López, operating under the trade name Sergio López Corporate & Personal Coach, based in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.

2. What data I collect
When you fill in the contact form on this site, I collect the following directly from you:
- Name. Required, so I know who I am speaking with.
- Company. Optional.
- Email. Required, so I can reply.
- Phone or WhatsApp. Optional, if you prefer to be reached there.
- How you found me. Required, for measurement.
- Message. Optional, whatever you decide to tell me about your operation.
I do not collect sensitive personal data. I do not ask for health, ethnic origin, beliefs, financial status or any other category the law treats as sensitive. If you share third party data, you confirm you have their consent to do so.
3. What I use your data for
Primary purposes
These are necessary for our relationship and do not require additional consent:
- Contacting you to handle your request and answer your questions.
- Preparing and sending you a consulting, training or coaching proposal.
- Delivering and following up on the contracted service.
- Meeting legal and tax obligations arising from the service.
Secondary purposes
These are not necessary for the service. You may decline without affecting your request:
- Sending you content, articles or information about new programs.
- Measurement and statistics to improve the service.

4. Limiting use or disclosure
You may ask me at any time to limit the use or disclosure of your data by writing to sergio.lopez.consultor@gmail.com. I will respond within the periods set by law.
5. Your ARCO rights
You have the right to Access your personal data, to Rectify it when inaccurate, to Cancel it when you consider it is no longer needed for the stated purposes, and to Object to its processing for specific purposes. You may also revoke any consent you have given.
To exercise any of these rights, send your request to the address above with your name, a way to reach you, and a clear description of what you are asking for.
6. Data transfers
I do not sell, assign or trade your personal data. I only share it with providers who help me operate the service, who act as processors and are bound to handle your data in line with this notice and the law:
- Form and email service, which receives your submission and delivers it to me.
- Hosting and content delivery network, which serves this site.
7. Tracking technologies and third party content
This site uses no advertising or profiling cookies. Fonts are served from this same domain, so loading the page does not expose your IP address to a font provider.
Links to my social profiles lead to third party sites with their own privacy policies, which I recommend reviewing.
8. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be available on this page, with its last updated date.
9. Data protection authority
If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may turn to the competent authority, which under current legislation is Mexico’s Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
This notice is issued in Spanish, the language in which Mexican data protection law applies. The Spanish version governs.
